FAQs

  • A typical 100-drop Cat 6 project in an open-ceiling, single-story office takes about five business days—one-two for pulling cable, one-two for termination and labeling, and one for certification. Add a day if cable paths need new ladder-racks, conduit, or fire-stopping, and another if the building has multiple IDF closets or restricted working hours. After the site survey we’ll give you a written schedule showing man-power allocation, daily milestones, and exactly when your team can begin patching gear without downtime.

  • Absolutely. Some of our commercial work happens nights, weekends, or during scheduled maintenance windows so production networks can stay live. We coordinate with building management for elevator keys, security access, and noise restrictions, then stage materials in advance so our crew can roll in, pull, and clean up with minimal disruption. Off-hour work appears in the proposal as a separate line item; surcharges are modest and largely offset by the savings of zero employee interruption on your side.

  • Yes—every copper and fiber run is tested and certified meeting ANSI/TIA-568 requirements. Copies live in our customer portal indefinitely, satisfying auditors, insurance providers, and future MAC (Moves-Adds-Changes) work orders.

  • All installations come with a 25-year manufacturer system warranty covering performance to the stated standard (Cat 6, Cat 6A, OS2, OM4, etc.)—provided we supply the cable and connectivity. We also include a 5 year workmanship warranty on terminations, pathways, and labeling.
